Shipping
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (if available). Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within a specified period from the date of delivery (e.g., 7–14 days). To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with details and supporting photos.
Non-Returnable Items
